Employers: your name, job title, company, work email, phone number, company website, and details about the roles you are hiring for.
Job seekers: your name, email, phone number, city and state, the field and type of work you are interested in, your experience level, your resume, any profile link you share, and whether you studied at Copper Canyon Institute.
Contact messages: your name, email, phone number and the content of your message.
Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions.

We keep job seeker information for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, so we can match you with new roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep employer and contact information for as long as needed to manage the relationship and our business records.

This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions are delivered to a private company mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive information through our forms.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling (681) 248-6114 or through our contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires and will not treat you differently for making a request.
